Grape Valley
The ecosystem development model began its validation in 2021 with just two workshops involving leaders from Jundiaí. Inspired by these meetings, the leaders named the movement "Grape Valley" and independently initiated the ecosystem's construction. By 2023, Grape Valley was already hosting 20 monthly events, bringing together 800 active members, featuring two hubs, and connecting 200 startups, 106 investors, and dozens of partner institutions — a movement that is transforming Jundiaí. Circuito Energy Day
The energy sector is undergoing a transformation, driven by the opening of the free market and the emergence of new technologies. To accelerate business generation in this context, I led a series of workshops over six months, bringing together more than 70 executives to discuss the energy transition. This initiative created opportunities among startups, ICTs, hubs, and large corporations, strengthening the ecosystem and driving innovation within the sector. Learn more

In 2024, Tropeiro Valley emerged in Sorocaba, establishing local governance and connecting over 350 participants through six workshops. The initiative brought together entrepreneurs, investors, and institutions such as SEBRAE, FACENS, and the Technological Park, fostering business opportunities — including a startup that won an award in China — and reigniting the region's entrepreneurial spirit. SP Conecta Cidades
Between 2018 and 2022, I traveled to 13 cities in São Paulo, organizing 17 events that brought together executives, investors, mentors, and public sector representatives. We conducted mentoring sessions and invited experts in strategic areas such as investment, pitching, and sales. In Jundiaí, in addition to strengthening connections with local leaders, we successfully increased the number of startups registered in the city's acceleration program. Learn more
